BURBANK, CA — Burbank hit a high of 97 degrees today and that guy wearing a jacket is making the other residents hot. Jamie Evans, a Burbank native, was in his car when he saw that guy crossing the street. “Jesus, doesn’t he know it’s damn near 100 degrees outside? I’m getting hot just looking at him.” Carlos Heurta, an employee of the 7-11 visited by that guy later in the day, took one look and offered him a free soda. “He’s gotta be homeless because otherwise he would’ve left that jacket at home.”
